Kagoshima Convention has release a series of promotion video "Kagoshima Oshi! Sakura's Hometown Kagoshima" to attract more tourist to visit Kagoshima City, the new videos feature HKT48 member Miyawaki Sakura.

It was announced in HKT48 member Moriyasu Madoka's Google+, HKT48 and Mix Channel will have a collaborative project: DIVA Audition for Moriyasu Madoka's Piano Album production.

The Nishi-Nippon City Bank starts a new campaign for their new product "NCB Debit Card" from 3 October 2016 to 30 November 2016, the campaign features HKT48 member Wakatabe Haruka.

AKB48 group variety show "HKT48 vs. NGT48 Sashikita Gassen" will release DVD and Blu-ray on 2 December 2016.

HKT48 member Ota Aika will cast fictional character Deedlit in Stage of LODOSS WAR, the stage will be on Kinokuniya southern theatre from 6 to 14 January 2017.

TV drama Doctor X's spin-off drama "Doctor Y ~ Gekai Kaji Hideki" episode 2 trailer.

HKT48 member Sashihara Rino's new Oita Ambassador PR Poster is released in Oita City official web site.

HKT48 member Miyawaki Sakura and AKB48 member Kojima Haruna being cover girls of AKB48 Magazine "Monthly AKB48 Group News" (2016 March issue), the magazine has been released at 18 March 2016.

HKT48 will say goodbye to HKT48 Theater and will hold exhibition and live for their theatre in the end of March.

HKT48 current Theater in Hawk Town Mall will be closed on 31 March 2016, and a new Theater will be open on 28 April 2016. The new location is 6/F., Tenjin Nishitetsu Hall, Fukuoka, Japan.

HKT48 member Tomonaga Mio (朝長美桜)  will be cover girl of manga magazine "Manga Action" (19 April 2016), the magazine will be released at 5 April 2016.

HKT48 member Sashihara Rino (指原莉乃) and AKB48 member Watanabe Mayu (渡辺麻友) will be cover girls of magazine "FLASH" (29 March 2016 issue), the magazine will be released at 15 March 2016.

I was infected with influenza, took 4 days off to recuperate, now my temperature is back to normal, and healthy as usual!

HKT48 member Tanaka Natsumi (田中菜津美) will not attend upcoming 2-shot events on 12 and 13 March 2016, because she is diagnosed with Influenza type B infected.

5 NMB48 members could not attend upcoming LIVE due to poor health condition, only 15 members performed Team N LIVE performance on 8 March 2016.

NMB48 members Ishida Yuumi (石田優美), Morita Ayaka (森田彩花), Akashi Natsuko (明石奈津子), Kushiro Rina (久代梨奈) and Hongo Yuzuha (本郷柚巴 ) could not attend attend Team N LIVE performance on 8 March 2016 (18:30).

On the other hand, one more HKT48 member is diagnosed with Influenza type B infected, HKT48 member Tsutusi Riko (筒井莉子) will not participate upcoming LIVE performance LIVE on 9 March 2016 and 2-shot event on 13 March 2016.

Ui Mashiro (宇井真白) was absent LIVE performance on 6 March 2016 because of fever.
