AKB48 + Team 8 + McDonald's Recruitment have a joint ads project, AKB48 member Yokoyama Yui (横山由依) and Team 8 member Okabe Rin (岡部麟) voice-cast the characters in McDonald's recruitment Anime ads.




The ads have different version in regional dialect for local region, another Team 8 representatives' ads is coming soon.

AKB Horror Night Adrenaline no Yoru episode 41 (and 42)'s leading actress will be AKB48 general director Yokoyama Yui (横山由依) .

AKB48 Horror TV series "AKB Horror Night Adrenaline no Yoru" (AKBホラーナイト アドレナリンの夜) has released its episode 39 and 40 trailer on TV Asahi official Youtube channel.

AKB48 Team 8 will hold their 2nd Anniversary Ceremonial Special Concert in Okinawa in April, the promotion video has been upload on AKB48 official Youtube channel at 12 February 2016.


AKB48 Team 8 will hold their 2nd Anniversary Ceremonial Special Concert at Nakagusuku Castle, which is on the list of 100 famous castles in Japan. It is also designated as a Japanese historical site as well as a UNESCO World Heritage site, under the title "Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of the Ryukyu Kingdom", the concert will be held from 2 to 3 April 2016.

The open event will feature special stage, and setup Sakaguchi Nagisa official cheer group, and held a Janken Tournament with fans. Sakaguchi Nagisa will visit the branch at 11:00 to 14:00 JST).

Ghost Theatre Spinoff TV Drama "Gekijourei Kara no Shotaijo" (劇場霊からの招待) DVD Box is available to pre-order, it will be released at 2 April 2016.


Each episode of Gekijourei Kara no Shotaijol features one AKB48 group member. The TV drama has been aired on TV station TBS and MBS in 2015).
