I am Rena
Actually I am day off today.
Today has TeamE Live performance.
I get sudden day off.
I made the decision after reading today's performance member list, today Koamichan (Kobayashi Ami) announced her graduation.

Recently it was a lot of graduation.
Even if I talked with every member, I would respect their decision.
Therefore I would like to get along with Koamichan happily until the last moment.

Actually it was a lot of graduation. Maybe people would think something would happen, why they graduate, people would think a lot of thing.
But I think perhaps it is chance of change.
Trying new way in the period of change may terrify people, but it can not remain unchanged, so I choose to go ahead.
I also understand junior members were changing their mind.
All of them has their own thought.

Now, it is time SKE to change.

I would not ask you to agree with my thought.
But people has their own thought, I respect them.
Everyone sees thing differently feels things differently, so their thought is difference.
The topic I talked to all of you, would response such of thing.

I really love SKE, so I consider its future.
Please keep protecting SKE group

Rena

There's some grammatical errors in the translation

have you used google translate? If so, maybe it's better to have your post re-read by a native japanese speaker.
