why the ratings dropped? maybe people wants mita-kun and mayuyu together? no no don't drop!!
ReplyDeleteI read some fans said it is because it may affected by Golden Week (Japanese Holiday), some said Mayuyu is not famous enough outside 48G, and some said it is because FujiTV, their TV drama's TV rating keeps dropping.
ReplyDeleteOr because it's a boring drama. The plot is about people working in bookstore. I don't see how interesting that is. Lol Even if you got super famous actors and the drama plot is boring the rating will still do bad.
ReplyDeletePeople working in a bookstore with stories to tell, i don't find this drama boring at all, I like mayuyu but even if mayuyu isn't in this drama and it were someone else i will still watch it. The nxt episode might do good, we'll see..
ReplyDeleteSure you find it interesting but would a premise like this be interesting to alot of people is what matter. A bland premise as this would need major buzz or exceptionally praised plot to get attention and I don't see what makes this so amazing. That's why the drama rating wasn't high to begin with (highest 7%~ish is pretty meh) If Mayuyu wasn't in this drama how many 48G would put this high on their watch list, let be subjective here
ReplyDeleteThis drama is quite good and I like it, but the 3rd episode wasn't as shocking as the last 2 + Golden Week. I am sure next week is going to be more surprising. Mayu's acting skills in this move are better than in average. The plot twists a lot, but the triangle love story which started in episode 3 was quite obvious. And don't judge a drama before you even watched 1 episode.
ReplyDeleteI agree that bookshop theme dramas wouldn't be something i'd watch if not for Mayu/Chiba/Daito. When i was watching the first episode,alarm bells were sounding in my head cos they were filming things like staff sliding books into their shelves as if they were Prada Bags. I'm like "they have nothing else to film?!". Then moving on, the lovelines started to develop and i found myself moved by the budding romance between Izumi Inamori/Tanabe Seiichi, and Mayu/Daito. I guess the real jem of this drama lies in the lovelines so don't dismiss it just because of the bookshop theme.
ReplyDeleteI don't want to blame mayu's acting skills for this i will blame the plot, mayu has been working so hard for this she really did her best in acting. If there's anything it's the plot's fault it's pretty boring
ReplyDeleteFor it's theme it's not boring and the cutscenes are really nicely done. I still hope that the ratings at least go back.
