AKB48 will participate a-nation×GirlsAward×AKB48 fashion show at 6 August 2015. AKB48 will also have a special LIVE for Japanese summer event "a-nation island & stadium fes. 2015".
AKB48 group members Takahashi Minami, Kitahara Rie, Kizaki Yuria, Abe Maria, Iriyama Anna, Kato Rena, Tano Yuka, and Kawamoto Saya will participate the event.

What. How come the chosen members aren't Kojima Haruna or Shimazaki Haruka they are the stylish ones to be honest
ReplyDeleteProbably can't find time for this event since the both of them have a substantial amount of solo work outside of the group? Or maybe management wants to push some of the younger, less known girls to the public. If that's the case, Takamina and Kitarie are pretty much there to supervise these members since they're way more experienced.
ReplyDeleteKato Rena again? I wish they could push other girls like Takahashi Juri, Kojima Mako or Okada Nana. Esp Okada Nana since she is so pretty and suits this kind of event.

The management does seem to have a fascination with a few particular members like Renacchi. Nothing against her but I do agree that there are a lot of other members they could have given a chance to.
ReplyDeleteAs for Mako and Nana, I think management don't really see them as the model types. They've never been portrayed as such, anyways. And this is definitely the case when you compare them to members like Annin, Renacchi and Tano-chan.
I don't know about Mako, but Nana has the potential to be the model type. Muto Tomu too.
ReplyDeleteDoes Kato Rena even do modelling? I'm sick of her push. They always shove her everywhere even though there are other younger members who are better and more popular than her. Nagao may not be as popular as Kato, but she has done lots of modelling jobs like Abe Maria. I'm still angry that they picked Kato over her.
I don't know about Mako she's not the model type sorry but nana on the other hand hmm she's pretty but nope i'm not gonna explain why not because i love that kid, but srsly LOL kizaki yuria u kidding me
