It was announced 22 candidates have passed the audition of NGT48 first generation, and 12 of them are from Niigata prefecture.

74 candidates passed 3rd round of audition, and at last 22 candidates have passed final audition, their age from 12 to 20, the 22 candidates participated press conference at 25 July 2015.

But frankly, they're not that cute compares to HKT48 member.

ReplyDeleteIt's the mouth, her mouth is as big and has the same shape as Chiyori's, while having Yukirin's eyes and high cheeks.
And they seem to have an average age of even younger than HKT48 when launched; and since HKT has been well, aging, now its NGT48 the 'imouto group'.
With the other sister groups having a well established image and character, I wonder what HKT will be now, since they aren't the new kid on the block anymore.
Maybe they could bring back Tani and Chiyori, put them together with Murashige and blow the west of Japan with their raw GuiGui power...
