Nogizaka46 revealed their 13th single "Ima, Hanashitai Dareka ga Iru" (今、話したい誰かがいる) during their 2015 National Tour (Senshuraku) at 31 August 2015 in Meiji Jingu Stadium.

"Ima, Hanashitai Dareka ga Iru" (今、話したい誰かがいる) is the theme song of anime "The Anthem of the Heart" (心が叫びたがってるんだ), Anthem of the Heart is produced by the former staff Nagai Tatsuyuki (director) and Okada Mari (screenwriter) of anime series Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day and its movie adaptation. It is scheduled for release on 19 September 19 2015.
