It was announced "Corpse Party 2" live-action movie will be released in Summer 2016. The previous movie, starring Nogizaka46 member Ikoma Rina (生駒里奈), was aired August 2015.
The sequel will once again star Nogizaka46 member Ikoma Rina, other confirmed returning cast members include Maeda Nozomi, Ikeoka Ryosuke and JUN (Bee Shuffle). Horror movie director Yamada Masafumi will once again return to direct the sequel.
Ikoma Rina's role as third-year high school student Nakashima Naomi, the sequel's background will be several months after previous movie.
