Theater production company Cornflakes official site has announced their cast at 12 February 2016, AKB48 group members will appear on their Super Danganronpa THE STAGE 2016 Tour.
Ishida Haruka will cast Fujisaki Chihiro (Triple cast)
AKB48 member Ishida Haruka (石田晴香) will cast character Fujisaki Chihiro (不二咲千尋) of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, she will triple-cast the character with MIZUKI (泉貴) of THE HOOPER and Moriyama Chinami (森山千菜美).
Iwata Karen and Sato Sumire will cast Asahina Aoi (Triple cast)
AKB48 member Iwata Karen (岩田華怜) and SKE48 member Sato Sumire (佐藤すみれ) will cast character Asahina Aoi (朝日奈葵) of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, they will triple-cast the character with Matsuda Saki (松田彩希).

AKB48 group members participate Super Danganronpa The Stage before, AKB48 member Ishida Haruka cast Fujisaki Chihiro in 2014, NMB48 member Fujie Reina cast Asahina Aoi in 2014, former NMB48 member Yamada Nana cast Nanami Chiaki in 2015.
The stage play is the adaptation of video game "Super Danganronpa" series, a murder mystery visual novel game developed by Spike Chunsoft.
