にしても今日は、指原莉乃支配人の凄さをまざまざと思い知った1日でした。あの洞察力、統率力、気配り、そして現場を一気に和ませる人柄、言葉…。集団を率いる身として、本当に勉強にしかならない1日でした。「人気者」に憧れ続けて生きてたけれど、いやいや本物のカリスマは凄いや。精進しよう。
