AKB48 CENTER Watanabe Mayu (渡辺麻友) starring in FujiTV upcoming spring season TV drama "Tatakau! Shoten Girl" (戦う！書店ガール, literally meaning: Fight! Book Store Girl), Watanabe Mayu will co-star with Inamori Izumi (稲森いずみ).

"Tatakau! Shoten Girl" is Watanabe Mayu first starring TV drama which broadcast at prime time (22:00 p.m.) Watanabe Mayu announced "It will not be idol Mayuyu, please look forward actress Watanabe Mayu". "Tatakau! Shoten Girl" will be aired in April (Tuesdays, at 22:00 p.m.)
"Tatakau! Shoten Girl" is based on the same-titled novel series by Aoino Kei, features two book store employees who are exact opposites fighting against each other in the workplace, their conflict is due to the generation gap, Inamori Izumi plays the role of Nishioka Riko, a worldly-wise single 40-year-old vice store manager at a longtime book store "Pegasus" while Watanabe Mayu plays a 23-year-old newbie employee Kitamura Aki who enters the company through connections.

Filming will begin in early March and co-stars including Daito Shunsuke, Tanabe Seiichi, Suzuki Chinami and Inoo Kei of "Hey! Say! JUMP".
