The accused person Satoru Umeda (24) admits his crime at the court, and confessed his assault reason because he felt AKB48 member gets high income while he was watching TV.
Kawaei Rina (19) and Iriyama Anna (18)
At 25 May 2014, AKB48 member Kawaei Rina, Iriyama Anna and a security staff were attacked by a man with a saw at a handshake event. Kawaei Rina and Iriyama Anna sustained cuts on their hands and heads, the security staff was also cut on his hand.

The perpetrator is reported to have pulled out a 50 cm (20 inch) saw during a handshake event held at the Apio Convention Hall in Takizawa, Iwate Prefecture.
Kawaei Rina and Iriyama Anna has been recovered and resume their AKB48 activities, but Kawaei Rina announced she will not join handshake event in the future.
