TBS upcoming TV drama "YAMEGOKU ~ YAKUZA yamete itadakimasu~" (ヤメゴク～ヤクザやめて頂きます～) will features former AKB48 top member Oshima Yuko (大島優子), in the TV drama, Oshima Yuko will cast a hard and cold policewoman "Nagamitsu Bakushu" (永光麦秋). The TV drama will be broadcast in April 2015.
Oshima Yuko states the role is the exact opposite from her real self. then she said jokefully: "I rarely act cold to other people, so this time I would turn myself from GOD response to SALT response". Because Oshima Yuko's role will have lot of action scenes, she will take Aikido training before TV drama filming.

YAMEGOKU's story is about a Japanese Police hotline department "Ashinuke Call" which helps crime gang members to leave organization and quit their lives of crime, the department would negotiate with those crime gang members' organization, protect crime gang members and introduce those members a normal job.

The director is Tsutsumi Yukihiko (堤幸彦), he has directed HOT TV drama "Keizoku" (1999), "TRICK" series (2000-2005) and "SPEC" (2010). Scriptwriter is Sakurai Takeharu (櫻井武晴). He has previously wrote HOT TV dramas "Aibou" series and "ATARU".
