First of all, this post is NOT a news, it is just my opinion about AKB48 39th single HKT48 c/w song "Otona Ressha" (大人列車) and AKB48 11th single "10 Nen Zakura" (10年桜) MV.
"Otona Ressha" MV was a ghost story, all members in the MV except Sakuchan were ghosts, according to the teacher telling Sakura a story of 15 students had been killed in a car accident which implied it is related to AKB48 11th single "10 Nen Zakura" MV
"Otona Ressha" MV story background is year 2035
10 Nen Zakura has 2 timelines, current time line is year 2019
Oshima Yuko was pregnant, and her child's name is Sakura
"Otona Ressha" MV leading actress is Sakura
On "10 Nen Zakura" another timeline, it implied there were a car accident ten years before, and 15 members were killed in the accident.
"10 Nen Zakura" 20 selection members:

Wow, your interpretation is great! I always thought it's amazing that Yuko and Acchan are talking that the child's name is going to be Sakura and now when these two increadible ACEses are gone there is a new ACE named Sakura succeeding them! It gives me chills :)

ReplyDeleteI'd always thought Kojiharu, Tomochin and Mayuyu were dead as well since it seemed they were weaving their hands to Takamina in that last scene, so I guess now it is clear they were alive. By the way, I just recently realize the thumbnail for 10 Nen Zakura changed from Kasai Tomomi to Kojiharu.

ReplyDeleteohh I haven't realized either, it has been ages since I watched the MV in AKB's channel. Maybe it was cos they changed Heavy Rotation thumbnail from Kojiharu to Yuko, so they wanted to give one to Kojiharu XD

The only connection I know is I like them both..lol..
One thing to add : 2035 - 2019 = 16 --> Sakura's real age when MV is being made.
And it's really like Aki-P / MV director has future prediction about 48 group..cool..
It makes me want to wait if this MV will continue within some next years.
Still searching for the "mysterious white shadow" and "very long hand" on Otona Ressha PV. I didn't see anything.

ReplyDeleteAfter all, the teacher said 15 people died during the accident. Since TomoHaruMayu look older, perhaps they did die, just not in the accident(maybe like 5-9 years after?) and they are in heaven and the end of 10nen Zakura they weave to Takamina who is sad yet happy to see her friends in heaven.
Or it could've taken the other route, where the girls are patiently waiting for AtsuYuu and at the end they are waving at her. Though as of 2034, Yuuko probably died already.
trivia is wrong, it should be from 10 Nen Zakura..
