AKB48 member Shimazaki Haruka (島崎遥香) is nominated Rookie of the Year Award in upcoming 58th Blue Ribbon Awards. The award ceremony will be held at Iino Hall, Uchisaiwaicho, Tokyo on 9 February 2016.
